  1. Responsibilities
    1. Have demonstrated success in people development, team-building and leadership.
    2. Able to handle multiple projects/assignments, must be resourceful and a willingness to take a hands-on approach.
    3. Experience in planning and executing a wide range of activities, ranging from VIP, luxury events, lifelong learning, social, community service, cultural, intellectual and children's activities.
    4. Be an independent, energetic and self-motivated professional capable of working with minimal supervision.
    5. Degree or appropriate professional qualifications with prior related experience in the hospitality industry.
    6. Plan and disseminate continuous improvement program plan.
    7. Develop & implement Safety Management System programs that effective.
  2. Requirements
    1. Preferably Male, age 25 and above.
    2. Must be a pro-active person.
    3. Diploma/Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience (for Manager); 1-2 year(s) of experience (for Executive)
    4. Strong project management and events organization skills.
    5. Positive, creative and energetic with good analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills advantage
    6. Able to come up with concepts and proposal for pitch. Proven track record in winning pitch with creative thinking and presentation skills.
    7. Keen interest in event management coupled with an outgoing personality
    8. Flexible, and able to quickly adapt to new situations.
    9. Must be willing to work long hours/weekends when necessary.
    10. To assist head of department in ensuring the manning activities are conducted in a professional and transparent manner to avoid any irregularities which will affect and damage the company's image.
