  1. Responsibilities
    1. Perform market research and monitor industry outlook of respective country to identify growth area and opportunities.
    2. Perform competitor analysis to study competitor's growth strategy to keep up with competitions.
    3. Responsible of performing and conducting presentation to corporate customer on company's product and services.
    4. To formulate and execute overall business development strategies for the company.
    5. To be self motivated to achieve Sales targets.
    6. To strategize, propose, develop as well as manage new and existing customers to meet sales quota.
    7. To strategize, research, identify and execute business expansion plans
    8. Liaise with Overseas team for all marketing & sales related matters to support daily operation and meeting management needs.
    9. Smooth coordination with Overseas marketing & sales team to ensure good alignment
  2. Requirements
    1. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's, Economics, Marketing, Business & Adminstration Management or equivalent.
    3. Aggressive, positive thinking, good personalities and enjoy dealing with people.
    4. Possess sound analytical skills and strong account management and problem solving skills.
    5. Understanding of business and industry, identifying issues, providing sound marketing direction and solutions.
    6. Proven ability to effectively capture opportunities and transform them into successful sales.
    7. Well organized, articulate, detail-oriented, highly developed business acumen and strong negotiation skill.
    8. Project management skills.
    9. Knowledge in Mathematics & Actuarial science - feasibility study, statistic and data analysis.
    10. Able to work independently or lead a team in a fast-paced environment
