1. Administrative cum Account Assistant
- Responsibilities
- Manage the administration in finance and accounts.
- Literate in Emas Software and has knowledge of accounting systems.
- Manage all matters related to finance with proper filling systems.
- Able to plan all creditor and collection matters.
- Organize and attend meetings, ensuring directors is well prepared for meetings.
- Able to work indepently and posses a high level of responsibility and commitment.
- Requirements
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, MIA or Degree in Accounting from accredited institutions of higher learning.
- Well verse with accounting software, MS Word and Excel.
- At least 3-4 years of professional working experience in a similar position.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Keen to learn and able to communication with all levels of people.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
